Registration will open on Monday, August 9 and closes on Thursday, October 7th. Please keep in mind trip registration fills up quickly. To complete your registration, we need two things from you:
- Registration payments must be paid in full [or a payment schedule must be in place].
- All information in the First Step section in Camp Docs must be filled out.
Your registration is not confirmed until these two requirements have been met. Failure to meet these two requirements will result in your registration being waitlisted.
Make sure the email address on your CampDoc profile is correct. Email communication will go out regularly to the email address used to register your child and will include important information for camp. You can update your email address by emailing us or by updating your CampDoc account.
If you don’t receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org within 2-3 weeks from the event, you may not be added to our list correctly. You can be directly added to the email list by clicking here. You may also want to check your spam folders.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If your student or child is unable to attend Fuel for any reason, please let us know right away so we can fill your spot. Should you need to cancel, you have until October 7th, 2021 to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after October 7th will receive a full refund, minus the initial deposit. Cancelling too close to the event could result in a loss of all payment.
